Service Center Details
1. Uploading of video on service profile page is only available to preferred partners. The duration of the video will be capped at 1 minute.
2. Ximple’s Xircle members may use X$ to offset up to 10% of service costs, which would be borne by Ximple.
3. Ximple rewards Xircle members with X$ rebates of 10% of service cost.
4. For preferred partners on the 3-year scheme, if service transactions via Ximple less than SGD1,500 across 3 years, the validity of the listing will be extended at no additional charge to up to 5 years, or until SGD1,500 worth of services are transacted, whichever earlier.
